| Friday Meet and Greet planners (09/03/10) | Decide on location to meet Friday night get to gather at local bar, event or whatever you decide. (No budget Money) | |||
| Saturday Meet and Greet planners (9/4/10) | LSU game, golf or whatever you decide (No budgeted money) | |||
| Registration & Name Tags for Sunday Reunion |

Make name tags and greet classmates, Spouses, friends at the door to collect money | ||
| Reunion Master of Ceremonies | Will be the speaker at the Sunday Reunion Party; MC the agenda. | |||
| Deceased classmates tribute | Make a presentation or set aside a table for a memorial to your deceased classmates at the Sunday Reunion. | |||
| Event Decorations Sunday Reunion Manager | You decide your own volunteers needed, decide on Reunion Theme, make the decorations, old memories table, powerpoint or movie, within budget and put them up | |||
| Bio Planner (MAYBE???) | Collect bios of everyone, ask the deceased classmates’ children or classmates to write bios, make a directory. | |||
| Awards | Make certificates for awards and head committee to decide who wins; or send survey etc. | |||
